This is the Plug

After long anticipation, and with impeccable timing Drizzy came raw with this latest release. Breaking the billion streaming mark with 25 songs, two-sided album full of factual events and feelings that he has personally gone through. The albums Drake has put out into the Hip Hop community, this one is the biggest and most historic project he has created. Not only did he secure a Michael Jackson feature, but had Jay Z, his late rival also featured on the project. This album has been released under OVO/Young Money Records.
Scorpion is available on all platforms and is sold everywhere. With the recent success of his song “In my Feelings” featuring The City Girls due to an internet challenge created by @Theshiggyshow Drake continues to secure that number 1 spot. As always, Aubrey has been poppin’ on the charts for a while now. That includes his features and his work with his Young Money and OVO partners. Once again This is Ghost the writer and you are reading This Is The Plug online.
After a very public rap beef with Pusha T in which he blasted Drake for not loving or tending to his child, his child’s mother being a porn star, using blackface and much much more… many were expecting a retaliation on this album. However, Drake took the high road this time and addressed the rumors of his son, child mother and apparently had been planning to do so all along.
All in all, we can not doubt the fact that Drake makes incredible music. With a double-sided album, that has 25 songs it’s hard to narrow down some of our favorites. This is the very first time you hear back to back hip hip Drake songs, and then back to back R&B Drake songs all on an album. Some have said that because Drake had just two albums left in his deal with Young money he released this double album to get out of his contract. But we might just have to wait and find out.
